So I have this on. My desktop to help remind me. I also have in my office a sign that says 10lbs, my first goal. But to. Catch up with what is happening, I am sore from the leg workout. So I took yesterday and today off as a break. I have started back to work and this is when it will get hard for me. Getting up early is hard. And getting off work at 5:30 doesn’t give a lot of time for me. Just seems there isn’t enough time in the day. I was thinking about trying to come up with a schedule. Does anyone else have this issue?

    1. I am hoping to do that. I have started on an elliptical in my living room. So now I can watch tv and walk. I am very mobile at work so it shouldn’t be hard once the weather straightens out here. Thanks… I can use all the input I can get.

  1. I get up at 4am every weekday. The first thing I do is pump and then do a short workout. Next is getting myself and everyone ready to go for the morning. Getting up that early is rough at first but it gets easier as time goes on. It’s literally the only consistent time that I have available.
